When I raise the issue support team they just we are looking into the issue and never says what has caused the issue. I’ve transferred funds twice through them and the first time they said a ‘technical’ issue meant it failed then the 2nd time the con artist Christopher on the phone said it would happen instantly so i said can I wait on the phone while it happens instantly and he came up with excuses then I said ok I’ll give you the benefit of the doubt and guess what - 3 days later the 2nd transfer has failed! What a bunch of con artists this company is.
