But it appears it is no longer being updated. It is highly likely that I am not going to get the support I needed at this point. I wanted to open up a backup and it says that the password I sent for is not valid and I have done it several times and it just doesn’t seem to work. So, if you aren’t concerned about being able to get your backup back or synchronize on another device, this might be a very good app for you.. But it is really no longer a good app cause it’s not working right for backups. ### 3/5 — What’s gone wrong *2026-02-25, version 4.020* I have been using this for years but now it gone wrong. The app does not work like it used to, as I could email an encrypted update from one device to another and update the other. Now it will not update and only gives password error. When I changed devices, my passwords did not transfer, and I can’t find a reliable export/backup option. A password manager must support secure backup/sync and an export function. Please add encrypted sync/backup and CSV/JSON export so users can move their data safely. ### 1/5 — Cannot reach customer service *2025-12-23, version 4.020* I purchased the lifetime package December 2018. Today, I cannot sign in until I purchase a new subscription, even offering the same lifetime membership I already purchased. Cannot reach customer service to have them correct the problem. Today, they locked my passwords away until I pay them again. It said it was an upgrade, but it wasn’t and there was no choice but pay the thieves. I have csv file of my passwords from Microsoft edge, and sent it to my phone, when I saw this app and downloaded and explore I notice that they don’t have an option for importing your passwords. And I want my refund. I recently paid $3.99 monthly for first time, but I want my money back. I had dozens of my passwords stored here for home and work. Recently the app was glitching on face recognition mode. Kept going cycling through face recognition over and over. Would not accept it and would not let me put a password in instead. I’ve tried this many times and many different ways. I see another review from someone who is having the same issue. It does seem like this is not being supported any longer. I requested assistance two days ago and have heard nothing. I will have to transfer all of my passwords to a different app. I’ve had this app for years. Now in 2026 when I export a file with added info I give the file a password as required to import the file on the device that I am importing/syncing, but when it calls for the password and I enter it, is says incorrect password . I have tried multiple times to contact Passible but they do not respond. Save yourself aggravation and choose a different password. Manager! ### 1/5 — In a log on death loop *2026-04-01, version 4.020* I upgraded my phone and I had to sign in again, it did a face scan, inputted the pass code, then a face scan, then inputted the pass code, and on and on until I closed the application. When I tried to sign in later, the same thing, then finally, it locked me out for 5 minutes. I’m thinking this is not for me, the bulk of my passwords are on the keeper app, but they want a subscription, so I thought this was a no cost alternative, wrong, you get what you pay for I guess, and this app is free, I should say, you get what you don’t pay for, and that’s a stable app. And yes, after the 5 minutes, tried to sign in, and it went straight to locking me out with another 5 minutes, ahh, good times :( ### 1/5 — Does not work *2026-03-14, version 4.020* Passible was a good password manager. All you get is a password error when trying to import it. Have tried to notify customer service several times with no success. They do not respond back at all. If you have this app on an iPad and iPhone, you will need to add/delete/edit the passwords separately on each device every time. Find another app that will save you time, rather than create more work for you.
