昔から愛用しており、使い勝手に不満はない良いアプリですが、iOS26以降、稀にラベル一覧でのスクロール等がカクツクほど重くなり、一度その状態になると処理がループでもしているのかiPhone17が異常発熱する状態になることがある。そうなると一度アプリを削除して入れ直さないと直らないので、不具合であれば改善して欲しい。
2026/7/9追記:その後何度かアプリ更新が入っており、今のところ異常発熱は再発していない。

I’ve been using Safe in Cloud for over a decade. I use it on every platform: Android, iPhone, and Apple Watch. When they revealed they were now charging yearly for a subscription I happy paid immediately. You won’t be disappointed!

The app has gotten slow. When I scroll up, it lags a lot. Also, before, there used to be an alphabetical index on the side to easily find contacts, but I don’t know why they removed it. Of course, I can search, but sometimes the alphabetical index was helpful too.

少し前から、パスワードの追加時にウィザードを使って登録していくことができるようになりましたが、そのウィザードが使いにくい。

パスワードを登録していく段階では、ログイン画面のURLがわからないこともあるため、空欄で進めることが多いが、
そうなった場合に、項目名(タイトル)を追加することができず、タイトルが空白の項目ができてしまい探すのに苦労する。

Webサイトを追加した場合も、サイトによってはドメイン名が入力されるだけの場合も多いため、登録の段階でタイトルを変更できるようにしてほしい

また、追加が完了した後、そのまま編集画面に移動できるようにしてほしい
ウィザードでは登録ができない項目(OTPやメールアドレス、2つ目以降のパスワードなど)の登録を行いたい場合に、一度リストから探して編集画面を開く必要があるため、手間に感じる。

1Password7の買い切り型からの移行。
最後まで無料のBitwardenと悩みましたが、
・Bitwardenより分類が柔軟にできる(Bitwardenはタグでなくフォルダ)
・データのクラウド保存先が自分の他社アカウント(DropBox,Googleドライブ,自分のサーバー)
で、思い切ってファミリー買い切り型を購入しました。
利用頻度の高いものなので、利便性を最重視しました

1Password7でできる以下がないので不便
・セグメント(グループ化)
    通常のパスワードマネージャーとしては重要では無いが、すべての機密メモ等として利用するケースでやはり情報のグループ化は出来た方が良い

その他、タグを付けれるが、できれば複数タグの条件に素早くアクセスできるボタンまたはタブがあればベスト(今の下段のタブグループに置き換えても良いぐらい)

個人的にはかなり高額でしたが、サブスクの呪縛からの解放、ほぼ全てのプラットフォームで動作するのでiPhoneからAndoroidに変わっても使い続けられるのは魅力です。

引き続きの改善。大いに期待しています。
