When I scroll up, it lags a lot. Also, before, there used to be an alphabetical index on the side to easily find contacts, but I don’t know why they removed it. The web links on this version can take up the entire page, it looks awful 😠 ### 3/5 — New update a step back. *2026-01-09, version 26.1.10* Edit: the new update is a step back in UI. Removing the alphabetical listing along the right side makes navigation much clunkier. Search function is fine but much preferred also having the ability to move quickly through the list manually. Original review: Does what it’s suppose to do very well. I’ve got not complains. I’ve tried others and this one is the best. ### 4/5 — En immense régression *2026-01-05* Des années que je l’utilise, il était très génial mais depuis une mise à jour, nous avons une application qui a perdu beaucoup de fonctions, Plus de tris alphabétiques, quand on veut consulter ou modifier les données enregistrées pour un site ou une application, on récupère une nouvelle page et ensuite impossible de revenir à la liste des mots de passe que l’on a pour un consulter un autre : il faut fermer l’application Safe et la ré-ouvrir. Обновление симпатичное. Но верните пожалуйста алфавит по правому краю. У меня почти 300 строк и перематывать до нужной очень долго, поисковой строкой пользоваться тоже менее удобно. It is reliable and simple to use, easy to add and generate new passwords or edit existing data. Highly recommend. ### 5/5 — Mixed *2025-08-06, version 25.2.9* Yes, I know it’s trivial, but I can’t stand the color of the icon, or the color of the text. Perhaps the developer could work a selection of a few different icon colors, and the option to select your text color into preferences? Clearly someone with no art background selected it. Aside from that, I’m miffed I had to pay $80 to upgrade from SafeInCloud 1. I’m retired and on a limited income. $79.99 + tax is steep for me, but I also refuse to go on a subscription that I have to pay for every month. That is ridiculous, in my view. I lost the ability to have the letter index in the right hand column to quickly move to passwords for accounts starting with letter ‘X’ and while it’s a minor thing, it really botched my workflow. Also still not being able to search across multiple databases is annoying. I purchased lifetime for family. I had to put in my email and confirm email. It said sending 6 digit code, if you don’t receive email check spam. I am still waiting, and waiting. I had already paid for premium on v1 but my purchase didn’t carry over, which means I am now getting paywall every time I open the app or use basic features. I initially chose this app because it collected minimal data and respected users’ privacy. I even purchased a family lifetime subscription, as I truly valued the service. However, I am now being asked to pay again for SafeInCloud 2, which, to my dismay, includes “data used to track you” from apps and websites. This is a significant shift from the original values of the product, and I find it extremely concerning. Regrettably, I can no longer recommend SafeInCloud, as it has lost my trust. I will not be purchasing any of their products in the future. I truly hope the company reconsiders its approach and prioritizes user privacy once again. Can anyone explain how such drastic changes were made? Do the developers truly believe this is in the best interest of their users? It is exactly what someone like me needs. I have a ton of passwords for my things and I am also the password keeper for my family and an additional set for work. I have amassed well over 300 passwords (try keeping all that in your head I think not) this app has saved my butt over and over again and with the smooth integration of being on a site and allowing it to use safe to quickly log in is amazing. The customer service is without a doubt top tier. I did recently run into an issue with the app. It went on far longer than it should have but that was 100% on me for not getting in touch with them sooner. Within a day of sending an email for help they responded and they were able to assist and I was beyond satisfied with their results (it did take a little doing but they were patient and explained exactly what they needed from me to help and as soon as I sent it we were fixed). The long and short is if you need to keep track of multiple passwords you need this app. I know most people will look at the cost and say “I’ll just keep it written in a notebook”. Notebooks are not secure and can be easily taken. Plus what is something you have burned into your brain to take with you every day…. Your phone. All your passwords are stored and shielded behind a password on the app itself and backed up to whatever server you choose. So even if you lose your phone you still have your passwords. I truly do love this app and have been using one version or another for over 10 years. ### 5/5 — The best password app PERIOD *2026-06-25, version 27.4.6* I’ve been using Safe in Cloud for over a decade. However I'm not a fan of the latest updates and PLEASE PLEASE bring back the letter index. ### 5/5 — Good *2026-03-09, version 26.1.10* I pay the subscription via Google Play ### 5/5 — サブスクから乗り換えに良い *2026-02-26* サブスクの他社アプリを使っているが、買い切りのこのアプリに乗り換え検討中。まだ無理の試用期間中だが、ほとんど不満もないのでこのまま使い続けそう。 カードが探しづらいから３つ改善のアイディアがあります。是非、検討してほしいです。 ・縦スクロールバーに A~Z のインデックスを表示して、そこをタップで飛べるようにしてほしい ・検索について、カード名だけの検索モードがほしい 　例えばGoogleのカードを表示しようと”go”と入力すると、usernameやurlに”go”が含まれているカードまで表示されて、Googleのカードへのアクセスに時間が掛かる ・クレジットカードやメモはカテゴリで表示できるが、ウェブアカウントのカードは「すべてのカード」のカテゴリしか無い。 　タグで代用しているが、ウェブアカウントだけを表示するカテゴリがほしい (2026/02/22追記) カードの新規作成が難しい。未登録のサイトだと当然自動入力の候補は表示されないが、その画面で新規カード作成ができない。つまり自分でURLをコピーして、ウェブを閉じてこのアプリを開いて新規作成する必要がある。 ウェブサイトならまだ良い。ブラウザ以外のアプリの場合は URLの取得が出来ないため、自動入力もずっとできない。 ここが改善されたら乗り換えようと思いました (2026/02/26 追記) 未登録のサイトでカード新規作成できない件について。 カードを先に作成してからサイトの自動入力で利用したら、カードにURLを追加してくれました。次回からは自動入力時にURLでヒットするようになり解決しました **Developer response:** こんにちは!
