I bought this app and it’s been a while since I’ve been using it but now someone is using it and also it’s not working on my end so i decided to delete it and trying to reinstall it again but it’s not working so please help me out thank you

Your data is protected with end-to-end encryption, and the password you set for it acts as your personal encryption key. It is never shared with us or stored on our servers. We also do not require personal information to use the app. All your saved data remains on your device, and if Sync & Backup is enabled, it is securely stored only in your own iCloud account. Only someone with access to your device or iCloud account and who knows your vault password could access your data. If the app is not working after reinstalling, it may be related to your iCloud connection, password input, vault selection, or Sync & Backup settings.
