I’m locked out of my account and can’t log in.  I thought no problem, I’ll use the password reset app I loaded on my phone.  Well it doesn’t work— no OTP sent to my registered mobile number.  Very frustrating, but completely expected since IT for remote laptop users at EXL is a never-ending nightmare!

It just says “An error has occurred” when I put in my employee ID.

06/07/2019 - Still doesn’t work. It gets to enter your mobile number and says my mobile number is invalid, but won’t tell me what’s wrong with it. It is my real mobile number.

App does not allow phone number to be updated , don’t know how employees are supposed to use it to do anything. This should be removed from account restore method as it is clearly nonfunctional & not receiving any updates.

It’s a great App, but for some reason it no longer proceed after you entered your credentials. The screen got stuck and won’t provide OTP to unlock your account.
