私はパスワード生成アプリが好きでiOSだけでも100アプリ程度ダウンして使いましたが、先頭文字種指定できるのは、このアプリだけでした。私にとっては、かなり重要な機能なので助かっています。ありがとうございました。

このアプリでパスワードを生成し、パスワード管理アプリにペースト、保管。数年この方法やっていて、一番しっくりくる。
複数個パスワードを提案してくれて、oO0lI1などまぎらわしい文字をあらかじめ外しておくこともできるのが本当にありがたい。

【追記】 回答ありがとうございます。 ですがご指摘の方法をとっても日本語にはなりません。他の言語にはなります。 

 日本語の表示ができなくなりました。設定では日本語が選択されています。試しにスペイン語などを選ぶと変更されますが、日本語にはなりません。どうすれば日本語になりますか？

iCloudのキーチェーンにてパスワード管理をしていますが、そこで自動生成されるパスワード形式に対応していないWebサイト(記号がつけないとか16文字までだったりHTML5マークアップができていなかったり…)のために、このアプリで都度生成したものを利用し、キーチェーンに保存させてます。

機能が少ない分使いやすくて好み。

iPhoneの搭載機能のキーチェーンというのをつかってますが、強固なパスワード自動作成機能あるんですが、記号も勝手に含まれてしまってパスワードに記号使えないサイトだとエラーになってしまいます。
記号使う使わないが選べたらいいなと思って、こちらのアプリを使ってみました。
このアプリは、大文字・小文字・数字・記号が選べるし、含めたくない文字（oO01ljなど間違えやすい文字）も除外出来るし、桁数とかも選べて、1度に何個作成するかも選べます。ただパスワードを作成するのみのシンプルなアプリです。自動入力・管理などの機能はありません。そういう機能はキーチェーンでやるのでパスワード作成だけするアプリが欲しかったので、ピッタリでした^_^
