If you delete the actual wallets within the app on your phone; well then its gone mate. Secure, however do not lose your password to open PW or again your in trouble; no back doors or bypasses. I have used it from its first release and its proven to be trusted. You can export the wallets both data and as a HTML doc. The app has literally never let me down and it’s so easy to transfer your passwords from one phone to another when you get a new one. Simple layout, prompts for unique passwords, face recognition, no limits in entering information. I’ve had this app for 8 years and it is by far the most streamlined password wallet out there. You can store unlimited passwords, URLs and keep secret questions in the note section. You can sync with your iPad easily and backups are simple. Es hat vielleicht nicht das schickste Design, aber es funktioniert absolut zuverlässig. Man kann Kategorien anlegen, verschiedene Bezeichnungen für Einträge wählen, Passworte generieren lassen und Webseiten automatisch mit Zugangsdaten ausfüllen lassen. Es gibt verschiedene Möglichkeiten der Synchronisation zwischen den verschiedenen Geräten. Ich hatte nie einen Datenverlust und bin absolut zufrieden. Mit dem letzten Update kann man nun auch mit Dropbox synchronisieren, das Einzige, was ich bisher vermisst hatte. Ich habe vorher verschiedene Apps probiert, die aber alle mehr versprechen als sie halten. PasswordWallet wird nicht groß beworben wie einige andere, aber macht dafür einfach und sicher was es soll. Ich habe über hundert Einträge und endlich alle Zugangsdaten, PIN-Nummern und Passworte auf allen meinen Geräten synchron. Die App ist nur zu empfehlen. Die schlechten Bewertungen kann ich nicht verstehen. Eventuell liegt es an der Windowsversion, die ich nicht kenne. ### 5/5 — The best *2020-04-06* For me this is the very best available. It doesn’t try to do too much, like some of the others, it just simply generates and stores passwords, syncing them across devices and/or the cloud. Can access websites from within the app, placing user and password in with the tap of an icon. Sometimes websites accessed in this way lack some functionality- eg printing, but it is very easy to access the site directly, and use the app’s inbuilt copy/paste functions for user and password, but this is seldom necessary. I have all my passwords somewhere I cannot access as I got a new phone and don’t know how to get it installed on my new phone. I have emailed them 3 times asking for help but no one replies. Free is not worth it if it is a lost product. I now have to reload ALL my passwords. This is NOT a reliable app ### 1/5 — Backing up is a nightmare *2018-09-21, version 4.8.12* We purchased the app several years ago but when we try to sync it comes up and tells us to register or buy. Synching is so confusing that we don’t do it. Husband tried synching his ipad and it erased everything. Still using it every day on IOS and OSX and it remains rock solid. I have used Password Wallet for many years. It remains easy to use and secure. I like the option of autotyping user name and password (on OSX) and this means that it cannot get onto the App store there. Support when I have asked for it (which related to a synch issue) was quick helpful and fixed it. Synchronisation through Dropbox is solid in my experience and allows the option of using it on other platforms (which I do not do and so cannot review the security of synch. Between iOS and OSX it works well. I set my iOS devices to manual sync and OSX automatic and this works. ### 5/5 — 5 étoiles *2022-02-18* C’est une app géniale qui marche parfaitement.
