Also, I thought you were choosing the best pictures. There are multiple pictures of the same thing and many bad pictures. I thought the book would be much bigger for the price. They started by downloading all my photos. Then they showed the year and when I chose 2025 away they went and off the book was created. There was no walk through unless I missed it. Not all pictures are book worthy, before I knew it I was unable to cancel or edit. I got a book with photos of my appliance serial numbers a table I painted, I have four grandchildren, the process chose a picture of one granddaughter as the cover. Just was disappointed in the process. ### 3/5 — 2025-2026 *2026-07-15, version 5.6* I’ve used for my personal albums for last 5yrs… but my latest project was for the non-profit I volunteer for… a gift to our President reflecting her Year of Service. Our year runs July-Jun, so that was an adjustment to start with. Then I received my last document to input I hit mistakenly checked out instead of SAVE. I did call & email to notify/correct and was provided instructions how to go back into document to add last page. YAY!!! But received my PastBook alas the last addition was NOT included. Sad🫤 ### 2/5 — Won’t save work *2026-07-10, version 5.6* I was disappointed twice I worked on a Album and for some reason it would not let me put my address in when I went backwards. It took me back to the beginning to ask me if I wanted to start an album . I do love using it and find it easy to use. One thing I would like to see added is when uploading from an iPhone album, have the ability to upload the comments at the same time you load the photos so it is not necessary to go back and recreate the comments in the Pastbook photo album. ### 2/5 — Convenient and Easy *2026-06-06, version 5.4* This was my 3rd book with this company. The first 2 were perfect. In this one a lot of pictures were cut off oddly. Some pictures were blurry and not clear as my first two books. I haven’t ordered since 2022. Also they did not put the date on book as the 2 prior books. Great memories. Thank you. But there were differences in the entire experience: I couldn’t get pix from just my Facebook account and wound up spending a couple hours going through my camera roll in the preview. I carefully cropped what I chose to put in the book, but some of the pix which showed up were cropped much closer than in preview. I’m a detail fiend so was rather disappointed. I also miss the two per page layout as in years past. This layout made some “more important” photos smaller and lesser valued photos large. I tried to do everything correctly, but it wasn’t nearly as easy or satisfying as in years past. Not as easy to navigate for non-techies. But I’ll enjoy my book as is. I got an email but the links sent did not work. Somehow in my trying to fix the problem I ordered another book with a title and date. I did not want 3 books. I emailed again and asked for a title snd date on my 2 books. Never realized I had placed another order until I called. When I made the request for a title and date it was right after I placed the order. Nothing had been printed yet!!!! I don’t know why it was so hard to adjust the original order instead of charging me for another book!!! ### 1/5 — Months *2026-08-10, version 5.6* Can’t say I’m happy with this book. Yes the images are great, however, the month page is placed inappropriately. When I contacted passbook naturally they blame me . They wanted me to pay a printing fee and shipping fee. I spent a long time carefully selecting photos to take advantage of the 50% off sale, only for the system to glitch and refuse to process the order. I tried working through customer support, but they were absolutely no help. Because of this, we have no book and are extremely disappointed. Incredibly frustrating for a loyal customer. ### 1/5 — Quality, size and cost are not as desirable as before *2026-05-07, version 5.3.1* This is the fifth PastBook I have ordered and all of the previous ones have been very nice. This one used up three pages to show months of the year circled, I guess to show dates of pictures. It as advertised as 40% off for Mother’s Day that was not deducted from the price I was charged. When I tried to put in the discount code it was not accepted. They enlarged some photos which in some cases looked strange, and the quality and size was not the same as the other books I had ordered. All in all, a waste of money and time. I tried to cancel or pause it in order to change some of the pictures but they said it was already assembled, and said the price was 38.00 but they charged 68.00 on my PayPal account. Not only do they not answer their phone. They don’t respond quickly to any of emails. Two weeks later and dozens of emails sent to your customer support and I am still not sure if I’m getting a book I struggled to order.
