It appears the author’s api key is no longer valid, pastebin rejects anything you try to publish.

При редактировании ниже определенного момента, редактируемый код скрывается под клавиатурой. Мистер разработчик, пожалуйста, протестируйте своё приложение, поюзайте (use) его сами. Остальных косяков пока что не вижу, т.к. приложением пока что пользоваться крайне неудобно (открыла один раз и удалила) и я, к сожалению, предпочту website. 
Жду исправлений, очень хотелось бы usable приложение для pastebin. Спасибо.
