The Bram VanK Case Meals that looked lost were usually still in the chat. The likely cause was the coach prompt itself: it could write a shorter meal list than the chat already had. That path is now fixed. When the coach sends your data it must look back through the full chat and rebuild the meal list from what you logged, not from a shorter stored snapshot. When you ask for coach data, the app reads Apple Health again so your watch burn stays consistent. Import still names any meals that look missing. You can import anyway and add them yourself, or ask the coach for a corrected block. That is the backup, not the first line of defence. Import warns you if a whole day would lose meals. You can skip that day or import the rest. Your confirmed daily burn will not drop silently on import. Your burn total is shown more clearly when you request data, without misleading partial figures. Requesting data again on the same day will not add a second baseline to your burn. Other improvements The coach now detects a meal count mismatch before sending data. It first reconstructs the list silently from the chat. Only if that still fails does it stop and ask you. No data block until you choose. A real logged meal is no longer left out just because some numbers went missing. When the day total and the other meals are still known, the coach can reconstruct the missing figures from what remains. Mark a fasting day on the day circle. No full export needed; the day still counts in your week and month energy balance. After each meal your day summary is easier to read, with a clear expenditure bar against your plan. Your welcome message shows confirmed watch burn when Apple Health already has a figure for that day. The start prompt and sync now use the same expenditure figure, so an empty day no longer shows zero burn when your watch already logged activity. Coach data from another day stops with both dates shown. No silent mix. Day totals match your meals. Numbers are not quietly recalculated at export. Week and month reports only on a real closing day, not because the calendar looks close. Weight and measurements are included when you request data. The required drink follow up after a meal analysis is still allowed when hydration tracking is on. Clearer water intake labels in reports, without overlapping status words. Forgotten drinks count as zero logged water, not as unknown. When your week menu already covers your plant goal, the coach no longer skips plant guidance for that reason alone. The coach stays on food, drink and your day log. Off topic requests are declined. No generated images. Deleting a meal updates stored report energy figures and warns you when a report would be affected. Daily backup is on by default. Import sits in the day plus menu.
