I wear Pastok on my Apple Watch and leave it running 24/7, so it quietly captures my entire day.

The moment that really got me: one morning my kid asked me to come home early to spend time with her. By 4–5pm that afternoon, Pastok pinged me — a reminder that I’d promised to leave work early and be there for her
. That’s exactly the kind of small promise I’d normally forget by the end of a busy day, and it caught it without me doing anything.

It’s just as sharp at work. It logs my important conversations with colleagues and gives genuinely incisive takes afterward — often angles I hadn’t considered myself. Most tools in this space only cover work. Pastok covers everything, because it’s on my wrist all day.
