Pasugo PH is a local ordering and delivery app built for Buug. Browse nearby restaurants, groceries, market goods, pharmacy items, and other local merchants in one place. Add items to your cart, choose a saved delivery address, review fees before checkout, and place orders from your phone. Drop a pickup pin and a drop-off pin, add a landmark for each, and a rider comes to collect. Most Buug barangays have no street addresses, so the landmark is what gets your rider to the right gate. • See the full fare before you send. Tap the total for the breakdown — the delivery fee is the rider's, priced by distance to cover their fuel and their time on the road. • Choose who pays: you at pickup, or the receiver on arrival. • Follow your rider on the map, message them on the way, and get a photo the moment your parcel is handed over. • Eight categories, from documents to groceries, and a clear list of what a rider cannot carry. Padala goes beyond Buug — nearby towns like Diplahan are already covered. A NEW HOME SCREEN Open the app and pick what you came for: Food & groceries, or Padala. Below that, "Popular in Buug" shows what people are ordering right now. REPORT A PROBLEM, AND WATCH IT GET FIXED Customers can report from the Help Corner, riders from their profile, merchants from Store Settings. Every report is recorded and you can follow its status, so you always know whether someone is on it. FAIRER DELIVERY FEES We re-measured our pricing against the real roads riders take, and corrected the map pins for BULAAN, GUMINTA and TALAIRAN — 150 routes re-measured in all. FIXES AND POLISH • The peso sign now displays correctly everywhere. It used to show as an empty box on some prices. • Pickup orders no longer show a night-delivery surcharge that did not apply to them. • The home screen now lays out properly on tablets. • Smaller fixes across the customer, rider and merchant apps. The live route on the map is sharper, and every update is written to you in plain language. Edit your cart in place Change an item's options and add-ons straight from the cart, without removing it and starting over. Clearer GCash payments Checkout and tracking now show the store's GCash name and number together, so you can confirm exactly who you are paying before you send. More detailed receipts When a delivery surcharge applies, your receipt names the reason for it, and orders you cancel are clearly marked as cancelled by you. Always see stores that are open Stores now close on their own once their hours are over, so you only browse kitchens that can actually take your order. Never wait on an unanswered order If a store does not respond within 25 minutes, your order is released automatically and you are free to order elsewhere. GCash orders are always reviewed by a person instead. Smoother password reset Reset emails now arrive from PASUGO and take you straight into the app to set your new password. Alcohol and other age-restricted items now require a verified account with confirmed 18+ status. You'll see where you stand before adding them to your cart, so you're never surprised at checkout. The verification screen now shows both checks separately — your identity and your age — so you always know what's approved and what's still being reviewed. Fixed an issue where payment receipts and delivery photos could fail to upload.
