Pregnancy can understandably feel very focused on the person carrying the baby, so it’s been amazing to see my husband have something specifically designed to help him understand what’s happening, know what to expect and, most importantly, know how he can support me. He’s constantly one step ahead thanks to the prompts and information in the app, and there have been so many moments where he’s been able to reassure me or know what I might need before I’ve even asked. It’s helped him feel much more equipped and involved during a time where dads can sometimes feel like they’re on the sidelines. Paternal has given him the confidence to be an active birth partner rather than just someone watching from the side. There’s so much information out there that it can be overwhelming, but this gives you the right amount without making you feel like you need to read a textbook every week.
