## What is Paternoster?

This is where you come to pray.

Paternoster is a quiet place to pray the Lord's Prayer the way Jesus prayed it: in Aramaic, with the Master's voice, and also in Latin, English, Spanish and Italian. The words light up in gold one by one, sacred art breathes slowly and, after the Amen, five seconds of light and silence remain.

PRAYING IS FREE. ALWAYS.
Download the app and pray today, with no account, no ads and nothing to pay:
• The Lord's Prayer in five languages: Aramaic, Latin, English, Spanish and Italian.
• A solemn voice and words that light up one by one, with silence to pray at your own pace.
• Your altar with candles: one for every day you pray.
• Ask and give thanks: your intentions live only on your phone.
• Daily reminder and a 7-day challenge.
• Original sacred art: stained glass, Byzantine gold, dawns.

FOUNDING MEMBER (optional · one payment · no subscription)
If Paternoster brings you peace, you can record your name in the Codex. The first 1,000 are Founding Members.
• Your name and your number, engraved on a golden plaque.
• The Seal of the Intention: a phrase only you know, sealed with a unique code.
• The parchment and the Certificate of Permanence, with optional inscription in the Perpetual Archive (Arweave): an archive of the world, kept at once by thousands of custodians and built to preserve what is written for at least two hundred years.
• The 40-day challenge with your history.
• Family Sharing: up to six people with a single payment.
• Your place at praypaternoster.com/en/codex.
No subscriptions. You never have to pay to pray.

WHY ONE PAYMENT OF 49.99?
Because it is not the price of an app: it is an offering that sustains a work. Paternoster has no ads, sells no data and charges no subscriptions. Someone has to sustain the voices in five languages, the art and the servers for decades: the Founders do, once, and thanks to them praying is free for everyone else, today and tomorrow. And they leave something that lasts: like a named plaque on a church pew or a stained-glass window, your name, your number and your intention remain engraved. One payment, not a rental: less than a year of any subscription, for your whole family.

WHO IT IS FOR
For those who pray every day and for those who want to begin again. For Catholics and Christians of every tradition looking for a moment of silence in the noise. For anyone who wants to hear the Lord's Prayer in the language it was taught in.

PRIVACY
Your intentions and your phrase live only on your phone. We ask for no account and no email. You can leave the public Codex whenever you want.

Our purpose: that the prayer Jesus taught us keeps being prayed in his own language, all over the world, for centuries to come.
