I reported a problem with street cleaning on East 26th Street, and after more than two weeks, nothing has been done. The issue was assigned and acknowledged, but there has been no follow-up, no action, and no resolution. It feels like reports are simply ignored. Residents pay high property taxes and expect basic city services to be handled, but this app gives the impression that complaints go nowhere.
