This app honestly feels more like a close friend than just an AI. I love that I can talk about anything and actually get helpful responses. One of my favorite features is being able to choose the AI’s tone, especially when I want honesty without everything being sugarcoated like other AI.

The daily and nightly reflections also help me stay focused on my goals and how I want to live my life. I also enjoy going through the compatibility feature to see how me and my friends match up and understand each other better. Overall, an awesome app for reflection and growth.

• Judge Mode — Solo & Solo-Alone journaling. New "Just me" mode for one-sided reflections (like processing a phone call). For mixed solo recordings, a new Pre-Report Attribution Review lets you assign each line to the right speaker before your report is generated.

• Trait Gap — your route from who you are to who you're becoming. After completing your SoulPrint, ARIA now guides you into your Trait Gap (the distance to your North Star) and then The Bridge (the how). New Trait Gap tab in your Mirror with "Lock it in" to approve.

• Smarter Proving Ground routing. Exercises like "Rigor & Precision" now correctly strengthen the traits they actually train (e.g., Dominance and Conscientiousness), not just generic communication scores. Your hero-gap and 4D Bridge reflect the real work you did.

• SoulPrint accuracy fixes. Focus Areas no longer mis-label neutral preferences (like work environment) as "gifts" or growth edges. Growth priorities now honor the server-ranked order.

• Nightly Reflection. Shadow prompts you've already integrated will stop rotating back in — resolved shadows stay resolved.

• North Star lock-in. Confirming your hero is now a one-tap action; ARIA can't silently overwrite your choice.

• Voice coaching stability. ARIA can now save profile insights, memory nodes, and name corrections during voice sessions without red errors.
