## What is Path to Wellness?

Path to Wellness is an app that provides 24/7 sober support to help people stay engaged in their recovery for the people of the Eastern Shoshone Tribe. Features include an online sober support network, articles and information related to recovery and relapse prevention, relaxation and mindfulness exercises, a weekly recovery check-in and recovery tracker, recovery podcasts and personal stories.

CHESS is based on the Comprehensive Health Enhancement Support System (CHESS), an evidence-based framework developed at the Center for Health Enhancement System Studies at the University of Wisconsin.
