This app is like a great self-help book, only better as it’s interactive! All of the articles and videos are presented in a warm, authentic and approachable way. Not not super-coachy. More like a good friend is helping you navigate the weeds of the love. Bonus - there’s a great section with inspiring quotes, if you like a mantra to keep you in a positive headspace (I do). Highly recommend!
