The drivers take advantage of it. They show the delivery charge as Rs. 45, but when you actually order the food, the delivery charge suddenly becomes Rs. 110. How is that fair? I understand having a minimum order limit of Rs. 299, but charging such a high delivery fee even for orders below that amount is ridiculous. In the end, customers end up paying over Rs. 499 for what was supposed to be a much cheaper order. Please be transparent about the actual delivery charges instead of showing one price and charging another at checkout. How it is possible? I had travelled through the same route in the opposite direction earlier and there was no significant fare difference at that time. Many captains do not seem to use the app properly. They accept ride request and then reject or cancel it afterwards. Even though the pickup location, destination and fare are clearly shown in the app, maximum captains still call the passenger and ask for the destination and demand an additional fare.
