Downloaded the app and it works great. Have the subscription and go to the theater at least once a week.

The app really only has one purpose, and that is to manage vouchers. Yet every single time you open a voucher, the app wants a reCAPTCHA. This takes hours if you have a few vouchers as google wants you to work for them.  I don’t know who did the UX/UI design for this app, but they should be fired after being berated for hours for their ineptitude,  inability and ignorance. Whatever program or university they graduated from should feel ashamed.  Come on Jaques Hoebgervangers. Fix this.

Please return to the older version format. I cannot even complete a reservation on my phone. After going through the prompts to choose seats and pay, I am not give the option to use my subscription for the tickets or even pay otherwise. 
The older version worked flawlessly; it looked so much cleaner and realistic.

I visit from Germany, and this app has always been great. Easy to use, apple account login works great and it’s easy to navigate. It would be nice to include the English language support in the app since desktop web version already supports this.
