Now I know what ESA allows!!!! *2026-09-02* The Pathfinder app is designed to make sense of the approval process. In fact it replaces the need to wait in wonder. The designers of the app are geniuses, and understand what homeschool families go through. They also have a tremendous phone support team (unlike Class Wallet!) Being able to see if an item is allowable before I purchase has made using our scholarship program much easier. There is a team of knowledgeable ESA parents who are available to answer questions not only about the app but about the ESA program as well. A team of knowledgeable ESA parents, who actively use the scholarship program, are involved in updating the algorithm in the app to ensure accuracy as well as keeping up with any changes in the Arizona Department of Education’s policies. The newest update to the app allows parents to submit reimbursement from the scholarship funds directly from the app. This function took me about a 10th of the time it normally does to submit for reimbursement. It’ll get you in trouble eventually. If you read their fine print, it says clearly they’re not responsible if the purchase gets rejected by ESA.
