I love the variety of self-care and performance tools available. Most apps are basic and have very basic info, but this one breaks down the 8 dimensions of human wellbeing and performance and dives deeper into what we need to do to be high performers. And it’s not just self-care. It’s like a wealth of resilience and performance improvement options, too. Love it!
