After you put in passwords, just goes blank

This app doesn’t work at all!! Every time you put in your login information it just goes blank again and again. You will end up deleting this app 20 seconds after downloading it. There is ZERO point to download it. So don’t.

I really appreciate how PATHGROUP posts lab results but trying to access mine with this app is IMPOSSIBLE. 
So, I call my results up online.
This app hasn’t worked for a very long time.
I’ve deleted it, re-installed it, rebooted my phone - all several times - and nothing.
So sad.☹️
If you’re going to offer a service, take some pride in what you do and make it work, please.

This app does not work.  The login screen does not accept the password that works online and does not even give an error message or any other links or information to provide help.

I saw there were other reviews from 2-3 years ago saying the same thing but I thought by now it would surely be fixed. However, I can assure you as of June 2023 it will not let you log in. You can put in your username and password and once you hit log in it will just go blank.
