## What is pathlaid?

The dastardly king and his villains have stolen her, and they are getting away. You go after them.

There is no road. You have your magic, so you lay the path as you run. Match its colour to the ground you are crossing and keep it to the beat, and you gain on the king. Miss the beat and his pack gains on you.

Grab the coins and boosts as they come up, and smash the hazards in your way. Hold your lead and you stay in the chase. Lose it and the pack has you.

Every run is scored to how you play, so each move lands a note, and a good chase actually sounds like a track. You can play any of your runs back later.

The run is the same every time, so a high score actually means something. Leaderboards are opt-in: switch them on and your best goes up, leave them off and nothing leaves your phone.
