This app is horrible smh keep telling me invalid error msg when I try to sign in

Every time I try to sign in, it tells me “invalid”. I reset the password and put the correct one, STILL invalid. I can never use this app to access my card when I’m in the store because it never works! What’s the point of having a digital card if I have to make sure my physical one is on me all the time because the app doesn’t work?
