Inquires unanswered. It stopped working for no reason with no notice so weeks worth of trips went unlogged. The webpage has no login portal but the FAQ says “unsubscribe anytime by logging in”. They just want to leech the subscription fee every month and make it impossible to unsubscribe. Stay clear of this scam. ### 1/5 — Scam? *2024-01-29* I paid for the year subscription and they took the money out of my account. I get a notification saying that my free trial has ended. They stole my money and didn’t provide the service. Have reached out to customer service numerous times and have not got a single response. ### 1/5 — Scam?! *2024-01-25* My wife and I paid for a one year subscription and it keeps saying our free trial has expired. I have been trying to reach the customer service department via email and no one has responded, I have sent three emails. Not sure if this is a scam, but definitely not a good running business. ### 1/5 — Unable to cancel subscription *2021-10-26, version 2.0.2* I have been trying to cancel a subscription for several months without success. The option on the website to cancel a subscription simply does not work. The developer does not reply to emails or answer the phone. At this point, it is essentially theft! ### 1/5 — Fee *2019-12-02* Nowhere in the documentation does it say anything about a fee. Not even when loading the app. The app just quits automatically tracking your drives and says you have to upgrade without providing a way to do that. I cannot get it to enable. It sends me to iPhone setting to always allow tracking but does not work. **Developer response:** Hi dscar4, thank you your feedback. Thank you! ### 2/5 — Favorite Location *2018-10-12* While setting up the app. I went to add favorite locations. I was able to add a name but it would not allow me to add an address. It will not recognize the complete address. It says address not found. I have tried multiple address and which all were not found. I have also tried putting the address in by multiple combinations. i.e. just the street, just the city, etc. Is there a certain way you have to add the address? **Developer response:** Hi Dmagistri, thank you for your feedback. Please email us at support@pathmile.com with more specific information on the address you're having issues adding as a favorite location. To add a favorite location, you can search for the address or move the pin in the map to the location in question. Alternatively, you can edit an address in a drive card and it will be automatically added as a favorite location for future use. ### 3/5 — Fee *2019-04-01* Pathmile is a great idea but I can’t see paying a monthly fee.
