A REAL WORLD
A 1:1 world map with real data for every country: population, climate, healthcare, cities, airports, seaports and borders. Nigeria doesn't play like Iceland. A rich, cold country is a fortress; a hot, crowded megacity is a powder keg.

EVOLVE WITHOUT LIMITS
13 pathogen types — Bacteria, Virus, Fungus, Prion, Bio-Weapon and lethal special plagues — each with its own playstyle. A full evolution tree: spread by air, water, blood and animals; symptoms that chain into devastating combos; and traits to resist cold, heat and drugs.

REAL STRATEGY
Symptoms make you deadly… but they expose you. Kill too fast and you'll speed up the cure. Hide too long and you'll kill no one. Every game is a knife-edge between stealth and aggression, with decision events that change everything. And yes — even on Normal you can lose if you play badly.

MASTER IT
A final score and letter grade (can you earn the S?), achievements, special scenarios and difficulties up to Mega Brutal. Easy to learn, brutal to master.
