Even for simple things to test it. ### 2/5 — Difficulty with loading *2025-12-22, version 2.3.143* Whenever the app actually loads it’s typically useful but lately every time I type a question, it just keeps saying “loading” and eventually an error pops up. It doesn’t matter what question I ask. The first frustrating thing is the apps inability to link from email updates. There will be an update I’d like to read on the app but I get stuck in a loop of “database updating”. The AI feature really leaves something to be desired. Very rarely do I use it any more as OpenEvidence gives either more clinically relevant or better sourced answers. In the end I find myself going to UpToDate, Amboss, or OpenEvidence AFTER I’ve tried to use Pathway which tells me it’s not with the money.
