Trying to find who’s account is who’s. Don’t like how it shows balance. Liked that the old way. But I’m trying to figure it out It’s easier to transfer now,love that. Highly Recommended. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — not working abroad *2023-05-26, version 6.0.0* took vacation abroad. the app not working. need to fix that. i have other cu and 2 banks app worked ok. also need to show cc minimum payment every month. ### 1/5 — Horrible Online Banking Experience *2023-04-06, version 6.0.0* The update makes it so that you have to look elsewhere to see the actual balance of your account and you have to make extra steps to transfer into your accounts. The interface of the app is also incredibly flawed. Pathways used to be my go to bank, but I’m really thinking of switching due to the new online banking experience. ### 1/5 — Horrible update *2023-04-05, version 6.0.0* I literally will be using Pathways FCU less due to this horrible update. I’ll be removing my direct deposit, limiting my card use, and will NEVER apply for a loan as long as the app is designed like this. Honestly would consider completely removing my pathways account over this, and if they removed or altered the owners reward account, I would GLADLY remove my account (low-key can’t wait until they do, that way I can feel good about removing my account and getting away from this HORRIBLE online banking experience). ### 1/5 — Bad interface *2019-05-20, version 4.2.79* App crashes every time I try to deposit a check. Layout is confusing and not user friendly. Can’t see many charge lines at once. No mobile deposit. We have an account at pathway because it’s a local bank with good practices.
