So I have to message my GP for prescriptions- only when they are approved there is no dates on the orders page so I have no idea if my latest one has been approved or the listing is showing the previous one. A simple date stamp should be an easy fix and something that should have been there all along. ### 4/5 — Tedious to read test results *2026-04-28, version 3.0.3* This is good for the few things I use it for. It’s good to have test results available, but their display could be improved. - graphs don’t show normal / abnormal ranges - you can’t see a simple list of all results from a given test. You have to tap through each in turn which is tedious. Also there’s a long message from surgery at the start of each result requiring scrolling every time, even for the latest result. Have reported to developer but just told they are working on it. You need to delete and reinstall. Going round in circles trying to log in, get so far then get kicked out again. To make it worse it’s the only way I can access repeat prescriptions. I’m trying to reorder medications before going on holiday, but the app shuts off every time, I get to the medications page. I’m reasonably IT literate and such, but having logged in 10 times or more in the last 20 minutes, I’m giving up. ### 1/5 — Awful *2026-07-24, version 3.0.3* This has got to be the worst app in the world. Can’t log in, download Authenticator app. Scan code with tablet, gives code, doesn’t work, try again code isn’t the right one, tried again and again. Why when you have a password, do you need to go through all this every time you want to SIMPLY LOG IN!!!!!!!! ### 1/5 — Doesn’t work? *2026-07-09, version 3.0.3* Cannot log in ### 1/5 — Technical Difficulties *2026-07-03, version 3.0.3* I’ve had access and was able to log in fine since I originally set up my account. Recently, I thought I’d like to be more secure with my account, so I set up the two-factor authentication (2FA). This has now locked me out of the account, at least it would seem that way. The system is completely broken. On a desktop browser, I get a generic error: "Sorry, we weren't able to sign you in at this time. Please check your sign in details and try again." However, trying to log into the iOS app reveals the actual backend failure. It tells me: "Sorry, we weren't able to sign you in at this time. We are experiencing some technical issues while getting your record from your practice." I have reset my password and reset the 2FA (using both Apple and Google Authenticator). The system claims these resets are "successful," but the second it tries to fetch my data from my GP practice, it chokes. It won't even let me completely disable 2FA to revert to my working setup. Enabling security should not corrupt the link to a patient's GP surgery. I recommend avoiding 2FA on this app until they fix this database synchronization bug. ### 1/5 — What’s its purpose we have the NHS app *2026-06-15, version 3.0.3* Don’t see the purpose of this app! We have a NHS app why so fragmented? App states you can book GP appointments and repeat perspirations. No longer! I signed on today to discover that I need to download another app for extra verification. There are a number of these apps available and the first one I looked at was initially free but eventually cost money. At 80 years of age I recognise yet another ‘official’ scam when I see it! I tried registering for NHS login instead but that is only for England and Wales and I am in Scotland.
