I tried 4 times, and it failed every time. I can’t imagine being sick or elderly trying to line this up and get it into some “sweet spot” where it decides to cooperate. 20 kind of my life I am not getting back. They should scan the entire bill from the very beginning. Instead they make you stand perfectly still well this little emoji tries to explain the different sections of the bill. I could not still stand still enough, and the emoji kept starting over and over and over and over and over and over, very very frustrating!! they say on the website that this app can also provide you access to a team of professionals who can help you. I have no idea where that was all I found was this emoji that just kept repeating in a because I could not stand still enough. I would've liked to of contacted a team of professionals, where are they?? I was looking for information on a specific bill and find out what status it was in. It doesn’t do anything. It doesn’t scan the code. The “more info” it provides about your bill is what each part is (Account Summary, Payment Options, etc). Have to go online to get actual details about your specific bill. This app is actually a bigger crapfest than the US medical system. ### 1/5 — Not worth your time *2021-11-16, version 1.5.8* I rarely write reviews, I just wanted to let you know that this app is a waste of time. Once you scan your QR code it makes you scan your whole paper and a little bitmoji person pops up with an introduction, if you happen to move or sneeze she starts over. And you’re forced to scan your paper again. Why doesn’t the app save your scanned copy once it captures the information? And why do I have to position my paper the whole time? Smartphones are too big to hold with one hand (at least mine is). Anyways, once you start you can select certain sections of the bill with the camera still open. And if you accidentally move she’ll start again. It’s torture. I’ve never deleted an app so fast in my life. ### 1/5 — Worst app for normal use *2021-02-15, version 1.4.4* App is really nice for regular people to make payment with security. The worst thing is camera not able to scan initially QR scan and complete bill for next step of payment. It simply doesn’t work at all. I try scanning the barcode and it tells me to make sure I’m connected to the internet or cell data and, of course I’m connected! All I want to do is pay my bill but you make it so complicated. There is no way someone over 55 years old could figure this out. You have to first scan a QR code on your bill which is fine - I assumed it would take me to a bill Payment site but no. You have to download an app, then scan QR code again within the app, then a virtual assistant pops up and you have to carefully hold your phone still over the bill while the app uses AR to explain the bill. I just want to pay my bill but it’s impossible to get the Bill payment option to pop up while trying to hold your phone steady over the bill. ### 1/5 — Literally awful *2024-12-17, version 1.14.0* Doesn’t work. Won’t scan QR code for nothing and I tried laying it flat, with sufficient lighting and no glare and still nothing.
