Patient Engage Mobile lets you easily manage and run your business from anywhere with instant access to your most valuable information: clients, schedule, appointment requests, and two-way text conversations. 
 
The app automatically syncs to your practice management system and Patient Engage portal, giving you all the information and tools you need to seamlessly manage your business right from your smartphone. 
 
The mobile app is free for all Patient Engage customers. All you need is your Patient Engage username and password to get started.

### 3/5 — Very outdated and hard to view.

The schedule just shows a list of patients for the day by the hour. You can’t see blocks or visualize how long they are scheduled for. Can’t add patients. You can text them. It’s not super useful and needs some work.

Features arent updated from a long time ago. You can see all appointments very clearly in a calendar view with 3-4 columns. The texting, emailing etc is also very difficult to use and scattered.

The marketing campaign templates are outdated and if there are just cellphone numbers you cant do any reactivation campaign as those are only done via email. Extremely old school and dentrix calendar sync issues all the time and extremely slow.

I am a little underwhelmed with this app. It is not very user friendly and doesn’t refresh properly and does not delete alerts after seen. Hard to navigate around the site. I prefer the computer app unfortunately but it helps to be able to reply to patients from anywhere

There is a problem with requested appointments.  An error is displayed and no requested appointments are displayed.  Dentrix tech support was contacted twice about this error.  I was informed twice by the “foreign techs” that a senior technician will call me back.  I have yet to be contacted by a senior technician to fix the issue.  ?Is this what I am paying for??🤬

Have made several calls to tech support about this issue and nothing has been done to fix it. The schedule downloads to the app ok, but it’s the only thing it does now. No two-way texts, no appointment requests, and definitely no appointment detail when clicking on individual appointment. Quite frankly, I expected better from this app.
