Patient Observations -  A medical utility that gives you almost instant access to a patient's Heart Rate and Respiration Rate with very minimal effort! Colour-coded results when Age is set. Trending line charts & normal rates tables for HR & RR viewable within in-app purchase. A tool that can be used by: •Paramedics, •Nurses, •Midwives, •Doctors, •Medical Students, •Clinician's on scene with a patient, •Telephone triage clinicians, •First Aiders, •First Responders, •Carers who need basic patient observations quickly. With just a few Taps of the button for breathing or heart beat you'll have an approximate rate recorded. MINI LOGS: Items have a mini Log of the last 4 readings so you have a sense of how the results are trending. TIMESTAMP: Time of last recorded button press. In app purchase allows for access to the Contraction Labour Timer, GCS Calc tool and removes ads. (notification at top of screen) The mini log in this section provides the timestamp and readings of the latest logged results - Press the 'View Full Log' button to display a FULL Screen Log for easier viewing 'End Stamp Log' to timestamp the log when you stop recording results if the patient is handed over before the baby is born. NO LOST DATA: All Results are stored on the device so if you close & reopen the app the results are still there until you decide to reset. In-app purchase includes a Global Reset button for all app Observations, to save time. AGE CALC: Work out the age from a patient's date of birth, yes, sometimes patient's can tell you their date of birth and not their age. This Tool quickly does the math for you while you spend time on other details. The age also helps with the observations normal ranges for the age, very useful in paediatric patients! (Age has direct age entry with the in-app purchase.) GCS CALC: Quickly work out the Glasgow Coma Scale of your patient, Adult or Child mode, and have a comprehensive rundown of the items.
