This app is not good for taking ultrasound appointments. 1st of all got some other scans book as app doesnt show any clearance and details of scans. 2ndly you have to again come and fill the forms as staff doesnt know anything about the app, they say it is for OPD only. 3rdly you have to wait again for hours to come to your turn with the pateint.

I registered patient with name Rattan Singh. When went to counter the name found was Amarjit Singh. Clearly a huge lag in app. The staff was not generous either to change the name. Wasted my money on Registration. Better go offline and do your thing.

Otp not received ever on iphones, it only works on androids… forget about doctor appointments. Even if you want an appointments for tests, you book on the app, still you have to wait in line at the hospital.. poor training… but main thing is at least one should be able to access their test results in the app but on iphone that is not possible, amrita tech people say contact the hospital it dep. , hospitals untrained staff says contact amrita tech…wake up dmch management

Please add a back button to move back into pages, if i open reports or any other section there is no way to navigate back. 

UX can be improved.
