Wasn’t sure if it was because of some type of HIPPA violation. I can only say I rather have the original version back. The logo you can’t tell it’s for AHVI. Very sterile looking after logins. I hope whom ever is on the committee that voted to redesign this site, please rethink this design and do something better. It feels like a half hearted attempt and making a patient portal. Good luck accessing anything other than future appointments. It doesn’t even seem as if they are supporting this app anymore. I wish my doctor would subscribe to a different patient portal app, because this one is terrible. ### 1/5 — Doesn’t work *2025-08-07, version 2.0.8* Didnt make it past the login screen. Wouldn’t load at all. Downloaded on my boyfriends phone and was able to log in but messages wouldn’t load. This app is severely messed up at a fundamental level. Someone needs to fix this, it’s crazy bad, especially for something as important as a medical app. ### 3/5 — All medical apps look the same *2025-07-04, version 2.0.8* This app seems to work okay. But the problem is that I have several medical portal apps from several different doctors. And on my iPhone, the apps all look the same. It would be much better if an app screen name could be customized to match the practice that it serves. For example, this app serves cardiovascular medicine. They go by the tag line CVM. My app should be named CVM. Don’t care what the software is called once you open it. ### 1/5 — Doesn’t work. *2025-06-12, version 2.0.8* Doesn’t work on iPhone or in browser. Cant view or download any forms. Entire sections don’t load. Basic functionality like doesn’t work, adding a child doesn’t work. Unfortunately it seems you do the testing on users, hence all these bad reviews. ### 1/5 — Near worthless piece of garbage *2025-05-03, version 2.0.8* I have to agree with the current (a/o 5/3/25) review that this is nearly garbage. The full web-based portal isn’t great either but at leas there you can initiate requests for appointments, send clinical messages and request med refills. this is little more than a static calendar that allows you to see upcoming appointments. It doesn’t even appear to include the ability to view lab results. It’s easily the worst patient portal app i’ve ever used. ### 1/5 — Completely worthless *2025-04-11, version 2.0.8* This app is a completely worthless piece of garbage. It doesn’t work on any device. I have any computer any browser it won’t let you create account. This app is a complete trash and we can go back and tell my doctor to stop using it because it’s garbage and it doesn’t work. Just check out all the one star reviews before you even try to install it and use it. it’s worthless than garbage. Just tell your doctor not to use this app. It’s that bad. ### 2/5 — Slowest patient portal *2025-04-10, version 2.0.8* I’m super disappointed in this patient portal. Wish my Dr used my chart. I don’t get any test results until at least a week after they are reported. It isn’t a very helpful portal because it doesn’t update information when I need the info. The last couple of months it has been acting up. Says it doesn’t recognize my email address-the one auto saved! Good grief, why? It also freezes a lot-circle just spins and spins. The only way I can see my results is if I pull up the menu. And sometimes it won’t let me back out of a screen. I have to close the app and start all over. What?! MyChart is so much better than this pathetic app. Instead of offering support I was instructed to contact my provider. ### 1/5 — Horrible *2026-06-09, version 2.1.0* App works great unless you want to send a portal message. Fill everything out with a nice little paragraph just to not be able to submit… (the submit button is not lit up) before you start to type it’s lite up and ready to submit, until you start typing… then you have to close the app and try a few more times…. I can now easily view my test results, chart information, update my account settings, and send messages directly to my provider from my phone! After the latest update, Touch ID fails to open the portal but forces me to the App in Apple Search, then, clicking that open button the portal will open.
