I don’t see why it can’t be assessed with your hospital and nhs number. The nhs app is far easier to access and has facial recognition. If all hospitals linked to that there would be no need for this. The major flaw is that in order to log in you have to put in two nine-digit security numbers (and your date of birth). The security numbers have typically been emailed to you, so really you will need to switch between the email app and this app to enter them. However whenever you switch away the number you have entered is deleted. So your only option is to print out the email, write them down or temporarily memorise the nine-digit numbers.
