Direkte & sichere Kommunikation zwischen Patient und Arztpraxis  - gratis mit der App x.patient von medatixx und dem Partner ratiopharm. 

- Nachrichten: "Chatten" Sie direkt mit Ihrer Arztpraxis und senden Sie direkt z.B. Aufnahmen einer jüngst versorgten Wunde etc.
- Medikamente: Verwalten Sie Ihre eigenen Medikamente, Empfangen Sie Medikationspläne aus Ihrer Arztpraxis, Bestellung von Folgerezepten und verwalten eines Einnahmeplans mit automatischer Einnahme-Erinnerung
- Messwerte: Erfassen Sie täglich z.B. Blutdruckwerte und senden diese nach Absprache mit Ihrem Arzt direkt an die Praxis und kontrollieren den Verlauf in einer grafischen Anzeige
