However, the app needs improvement in many keys areas. Of all the patients in my facility, there is only one user willing to go through the routine to diligently use it. The interface is cumbersome and not well laid out, much of this is due to excess white space on data entry form which traverses several screen lengths in order to enter treatment data. All of it could be entered on a single screen. Before a record is accepted it must be accepted 3 times or all of the treatment data is lost. ( review, submit, return to dashboard). Again the review step required going through several screen lengths of mostly white space to reach the submit button. After a review is complete another screen comes up. Even though you selected submit in the previous step, the record is not yet recorded. You have to select “return to dashboard” if not the complete record is lost. If the app was more thought out and reviewed for simplicity it would be more accepted. Many patients opt instead for m/s excel for their records. ### 2/5 — Crashes before opening. *2023-07-09, version 3.8* Since update app now crashes immediately. ### 2/5 — Poor App *2023-03-03, version 3.7* I used to be able to check my labs, but recently I’ve haven’t been able. I’m about 2 or 3 weeks behind in being able to view a complete lab report ### 2/5 — Slow with issues or just don’t work! *2023-02-12, version 3.6.1* 2 stars because I can check labs, weight, and med list. Other then that it’s slow, says you’re logged in when you’re not and have to retry multiple times and it just needs revamped or something. Make it actually work cause most of the time I just want to delete it. Downloaded it on my iPhone 14 pro and it just loads and loads and never gets anywhere! Everything else on my phone works great. My old stylus 5G it would load but still gave me the other problems! ### 2/5 — Terrible *2022-06-09, version 3.5* Poorly developed patient app. Can only see previous results in graph form. Takes forever for results to appear, doesn’t record weight. The app doesn’t work half the time it just spins. With all the money this company has one would expect a decent app for their patients. There are so many great apps out there as models. It’s so confusing and disorganized!! It started with the condition of your drained fluid while the exchange section is all the way at the bottom. Its just so messy and the fields are all over the places. The old version is so much better. I enter info and then the app reloads and erases my info or the app closes completely before I can submit my info. Data entry must be easy and fast as we have enough of our lives monopolized by dialysis. Number keyboards should pop up for data, and please lose the drop-down menus when there are only three choices. Speed is freedom to go back to life. So I cannot login or do anything on this app that requires typing. So in all, it doesn’t work and is pointless. ### 1/5 — This is garbage *2025-05-23, version 4.3.3* It’s obvious they hired an intern to write this app, scrolling around for ordering supplies never works. The app is historically slow to log into but in this last update, you can hardly log in at all and it’s slower than ever. It also frequently forgets entries that I’ve done in previous days and makes me enter them again. When it works it’s fine but when it doesn’t it’s quite a pain. ### 1/5 — Awful *2023-03-03, version 3.7* Terrible app. Crashes almost every day or comes up as an app from sales Force which does not recognize my account. Frequently must delete and reload. Unfortunately the most recent update to the mobile app has made it impossible to use. Every time I try to login it just waits and waits like it’s thinking of opening and never does. How will I be able to put my daily numbers and monthly supply orders in. It just won’t work. ### 1/5 — Why fix what’s not broken *2021-09-17, version 3.4* I go to login to enter my treatment info and it go to a screen saying that I need to update my app. When I click on the update tab it takes me to Google play apps. I have all Apple products. I went to the Apple App Store and updated my app but it still won’t let me in the app until I update it through Google play. I guess I just won’t enter my information until this is fixed ### 1/5 — Worst app ever *2021-07-17, version 3.2* This is a waste of time. Dialysis is hard enough but this app makes life 1000x’s harder. The screen refreshes constantly so you lose everything you entered. It is very slow to respond and is sluggish. A 12 year old could have written a better app. They do no testing at all but as a patient you’re forced to use this crap. The first update was so helpful and made it even easier. ### 5/5 — App is perfect *2017-08-19, version 1.1* I am a dialysis patient and I think this is the best thing since sliced bread. It's absolutely perfect, except in the future if possible. I would like to see my Blood pressure records, I will be going to a cardio stress test next month and would like to present them with and accurate chart of my blood pressure. Other then the blood pressure, it's a fantastic app. I've been a dialysis patient for 4 years, I will definitely utilize all its features to there extent. Thank you for making a great app, FYI I told my dietician about the app. She had never heard of it before I showed her. Please keep it up great app!!! I appreciate the update before I dreaded having to use the app now I look forward to it! ### 3/5 — Needs Polish *2026-02-22, version 4.3.7* Its strongest point is the ability to enter your daily dialysis stats, although that’s not always without frustration. When I’ve entered a number and want to save the data by going to ‘save fo later’ I’m never sure if it’s going to save it. Most often when it doesn’t it just jumps to one of the empty entries. Ordering supplies is a bit clunky. The pictures of the supplies you are ordering are small and kind of difficult to distinguish one from the other. Lab results screen is just O.K. Nothing special, nothing awful. Finally, face recognition doesn’t work, at least for me. ### 3/5 — Feels like beta software *2025-05-22* It’s great for filling out flow sheets, but that’s about where the good stuff ends. First, it’s just generally clunky and non-intuitive. Case in point - ordering supplies. There are 2 options, but only one works - have PH calculate it for you. From there you can make any alterations you want, but it’s not really obvious. Second, face recognition doesn’t work. Third, it would be nice to be able to add the appointments from the calendar on your computer like Apple calendar or Google calendar. Needs work, but I’m able to record my treatments. ### 3/5 — Jojo *2021-05-11, version 3.0* I’m betting most people using this would like larger text. I can’t utilize the app to its full potential when I cannot see it well. ### 3/5 — Portal Overload *2021-04-01, version 2.6* Recently been having issues putting in information in the mornings. I get it halfway filled out and then it erases everything I put in and goes back to start. I think that it is an overload on the system because I am able to enter my information later in the day. ### 3/5 — Recent update made it worse *2019-11-07, version 2.1* The update a few days ago took away the ability to auto fill treatment information, which is super annoying. It also keeps glitching now. I’ll enter the date of treatment, start to fill out other info, and the whole thing will reload and delete anything I’ve entered.
