## What is patientMpower for CF?

patientMpower for CF empowers people living with CF to better manage your condition, and enables your healthcare team to monitor your health data whilst you are at home, between your normal clinic visits.

- Monitor lung function with integrated spirometer
- Monitor oxygen saturation with integrated pulse oximeter
- Record symptoms e.g. breathlessness
- Track your CF medications and get medication reminders
- Syncs with activity trackers such as Apple Healthkit, Google Fit and Fitbit to keep you on your exercise plan.
- Record quality of life impact assessments for CF
- Monitoring data can be shared immediately shared with your healthcare team using a secure portal
- Invite family members or caregivers to track your progress so they can  support you

By using this app you also have the option to contribute your de-identified information to the patientMpower digital biobank. This data helps researchers working to better understand CF and could  help in the development of new treatments.
