Please update ### 3/5 — Good but could use work *2025-06-19* I’ve encountered a few incidents where my notes are not uploading despite being on Wi-Fi and also trying cellular data. Support is limited. I assume this is because it’s Australian company and I’m in America but if you’re gonna cater to other countries support should be available. It’d be nice to have someone to troubleshoot in the moment. They resolved the transcribe delay and since then it’s been such a time saver. I’m now out of work on time and not bringing yesterday’s notes into the next day. It helps me stay on top of patient communication through the clinical summaries generated individually from each appointment and easily generates any form of medical letter or referral.
