## What is Patientory?

Patientory Inc. is a population health data management and analytics company that empowers the users with actionable insights based on health data taken from the user's EHR and activities statistics from integrated Health applications, incentivizing them to take control of their health outcomes.

Patientory offers a mobile, blockchain-powered, decentralized application designed to facilitate patients and its users with convenient and secure access to their health information. 

The mobile dApp compiles patients’ hospital records, lab results, and wearable device
and genomic data, among other personal health data across multiple care teams and facilities, creating a unified and comprehensive wellness profile of the patient’s entire history.

- HealthKit integration: Patientory supports different health care & fitness apps to integrate with so that you'll be able to export your data to the app where you can see the progress and statistics on the Care Plan. Also, based on the data received, the system will analyze your progress and give useful tips on improving your health.

- Water Drinking Tracker: Keep track of the amount of water you drink

- PhotoDiary: Track your body progress by taking photos and uploading them to compare yourself at different times.

- Medical Records: Securely locate your medical records data safely stored on the PTOYMatrix blockchain network by using your specific credentials from your provider’s patient portal and assign it to your Patientory private key.

-Pandemic Response: See important and useful information about Covid-19 right in your app, and add and personal data about vaccination record card.

Your paid subscription auto-renew can be turned off or managed in your iTunes account settings. Any unused portion of the free trial is forfeited after purchase

Requiring Name + Mnemonic phrases (& verification) + Phone + Pin + email + Zip + Level of education? Why though? Spent 20 minutes being onboarded before I got frustrated and quit! Feels like I’m being interrogated by the feds! And every time you check a text it logs you out and you need a PIN? My banking apps have less security than this.. fitness app? I don’t get it. 

And then $90?! Ninety dollars. No way there is value here.

Great to know your data won't be hacked! ;) BTW, this is not a fitness app it is a medical/health information storage app, that rewards you with cryptocurrency for meeting your health goals, which may include fitness goals. Information provided during on-boarding is to generate your AI care plan. Average user time for onboarding is 5 minutes. Surprisingly, your health data is worth more than your credit card information!

I downloaded Patientory with the intention of progressing with my fitness and health goals. Let me tell you it really works! Ever since I downloaded it I have never been more on track with my goals. I log all of my activity, health and water intake daily so I am accurately up to date on my progress. I keep everything logged in my journal. The best part: I get rewarded! Yeah you get rewarded in tokens for being healthy. I absolutely love this app! Better than any other health app I have used in the past, and I have tried loads!    ​
