However, I have to reinstall the app at least once per week because it glitches and has a blank screen when I open it. ### 3/5 — Weekly report *2023-05-24* This is a great site, but the questions seem to be repetitive, and an opportunity is not given to give an accurate description of pain. In my case I have a shoulder Impingement which I could not adequately explain in the symptoms section. It would not be considered a flair. ### 3/5 — A little disappointed *2019-09-19* I was excited when this came out. I had high hopes for this. Pros: •track symptoms •ability to keep notes •ability to keep records of medications • access to certain labs •access to research studies (some paid) •ability to create reports and share them with whoever you chose Cons: •customer service/assistance is extremely lacking •some of the questions used for the tracking purposes I feel are not getting the true results they are looking for because of either they way the question is worded or the choices that are available to pick from •it locks up and will kick you out in the middle of your questions and who knows what the system decided to select for an answer for the question you got kicked out on. •I wouldn’t mind seeing some improvements or additions to the report options and to the questions. Everyone is different. It may work for you, it all depends on how you like to keep records. There are so many different ways. ### 5/5 — Tracking, Reporting & Helping *2017-03-28* Arthritis Power is a great tool for tracking your RA symptoms. It's easy to use and can be shared with your doctor as well as to help other people who suffer from RA. Every time I go to see both my Rheumy and GP, I bring the reports from Arthritis Power, so they can see how I've done since my last appointment. It makes it much easier to insure I don't miss something. In addition, the data gathered from patients who use this can be used for a variety of research projects to help fight this disease with statistically relevant samples. Please join the fight and use this or share it with someone you love who may have RA. ### 5/5 — Version 2.0 greatly improved! *2017-03-28* It's like a new app! Version 2 has significant improvements over the original release. Love that I can search my meds and that I can make notes regarding what's going on! I also love that it tells me how long each assessment will take and how they're tailored to my answers! Guess what? Canada still isn’t part of the US. ### 1/5 — Interesting concept Poor execution *2023-11-14* Really like the overall idea but after I set everything up and was ready to take the assessment and clicked the button to do so, it does nothing. Shows the button is being pressed but takes me nowhere. From both the Home Screen and the track screen. So it is essentially useless if I can’t actually track anything because the app is glitching. ### 1/5 — AP doesn’t seem to work *2023-10-19* Am given the option to log in or register. Had to quit after another"oops" that didn't follow up with a repeatable response; no eay to continue. Looks like a great app but unable to even register. Attempts to contact the website failed. I’ve used my assessment data multiple times to share with my rheumatologist and pain specialist.
