### 3/5 — App pros and cons

*2025-04-03*

I love being able to track my symptoms in the journal and that it keeps track of my medications. However, I have to reinstall the app at least once per week because it glitches and has a blank screen when I open it.

### 3/5 — Weekly report

*2023-05-24*

This is a great site, but the questions seem to be repetitive, and an opportunity is not given to give an accurate description of pain. In my case I have a shoulder Impingement which I could not adequately explain in the symptoms section. It would not be considered a flair.

### 3/5 — A little disappointed

*2019-09-19*

I was excited when this came out. I had high hopes for this.
Pros:
•track symptoms
•ability to keep notes
•ability to keep records of medications
• access to certain labs
•access to research studies (some paid)
•ability to create reports and share them with whoever you chose

Cons:
•customer service/assistance is extremely lacking
•some of the questions used for the tracking purposes I feel are not getting the true results they are looking for because of either they way the question is worded or the choices that are available to pick from
•it locks up and will kick you out in the middle of your questions and who knows what the system decided to select for an answer for the question you got kicked out on.
•I wouldn’t mind seeing some improvements or additions to the report options and to the questions.

Everyone is different. It may work for you, it all depends on how you like to keep records. There are so many different ways.

### 5/5 — Tracking, Reporting & Helping

*2017-03-28*

Arthritis Power is a great tool for tracking your RA symptoms. It's easy to use and can be shared with your doctor as well as to help other people who suffer from RA. Every time I go to see both my Rheumy and GP, I bring the reports from Arthritis Power, so they can see how I've done since my last appointment. It makes it much easier to insure I don't miss something.

In addition, the data gathered from patients who use this can be used for a variety of research projects to help fight this disease with statistically relevant samples.

Please join the fight and use this or share it with someone you love who may have RA.

### 5/5 — Version 2.0 greatly improved!

*2017-03-28*

It's like a new app! Version 2 has significant improvements over the original release. Love that I can search my meds and that I can make notes regarding what's going on! I also love that it tells me how long each assessment will take and how they're tailored to my answers! If you have arthritis, download this now!

### 5/5 — Great App

*2015-07-12*

Great functionality to help me monitor and track my disease.

## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — Makes no sense

*2023-12-03, version 4.0.2*

To register, there is a choice of country and ability to enter postal code or zip code, however there are no Canadian provinces listed to chose form and I can’t precede without including a state. Guess what? Canada still isn’t part of the US.

### 1/5 — Interesting concept Poor execution

*2023-11-14*

Really like the overall idea but after I set everything up and was ready to take the assessment and clicked the button to do so, it does nothing. Shows the button is being pressed but takes me nowhere. From both the Home Screen and the track screen. So it is essentially useless if I can’t actually track anything because the app is glitching.

### 1/5 — AP doesn’t seem to work

*2023-10-19*

Am given the option to log in or register. I click register, and nothing happens. Have tried multiple times.

### 1/5 — oops

*2023-09-21*

couldn't even complete one assessment for all the times it couldn't load the next question. Had to quit after another"oops" that didn't follow up with a repeatable response; no eay to continue. I will probably try again but do far, this is useless.

### 1/5 — Won’t let me register

*2023-08-18*

Trying to setup account and it won’t let me register

### 1/5 — Can’t establish an account

*2021-04-30*

App demographics & info is not working. I could not establish an account.

### 1/5 — Instructions to register are unclear and doesn’t happen

*2021-04-08*

Why is it so difficult to register. At this point, this app is not for me.

### 1/5 — Broken app?

*2021-04-04*

Can’t even get registered. Went through several times. Good luck with your efforts.

### 1/5 — Can’t log in

*2019-03-11*

It suddenly started saying my password isn’t correct. When I tried to reset my password it said it could not send a reset email. There is no way to contact customer service to resolve this unless I log in.

### 1/5 — Doesn’t work

*2018-11-28, version 2.0.7*

Didn’t want to put any star rating at all. Waste of time. Looks like a great app but unable to even register. Attempts to contact the website failed. Emails come back with an error message.

### 5/5 — Great tool to track my symptoms

*2023-11-10*

I like being able to keep track of changes in my pain levels, fatigue, sleep, etc so I can look for trends. I’ve used my assessment data multiple times to share with my rheumatologist and pain specialist. It’s a good visual to show invisible symptoms.

*2023-01-06*

This app is very useful to track medications and symptoms. The report function is really great because it shows a snapshot of everything I’ve logged that I can show my doctor. I highly recommend this to anyone that wants to engage in their health on a deeper level.

### 5/5 — Super helpful

*2019-07-06*

Very helpful app to track symptoms and outcomes to share with researchers (anonymously) and my doctors and nurses. Finally my invisible symptoms can be graphed and viewed! Thanks CreakyJoints!

*2017-05-02*

Easy tracker. Glad it is available.

### 5/5 — Great app and update

*2017-05-01*

This is a wonderful update to this app. The app in and of itself is great. I love the fact that I can track my symptoms. I can track good days and flares. I can track my medicine over time and keep up to date on news and research opportunities. The update is great because it makes the form and function so much more user friendly!

### 5/5 — Easy to use tracker for arthritis symptoms

*2017-04-26*

One thing I noticed with my OA was that some days I felt ok and other days horrible. I just couldn't really predict. This app was easy to use and helped me track my symptoms easier so I could get a better sense of my symptom patterns.
