I am constantly having to delete the app and then download it again. Such a pity as when it works it’s good. Can someone please not sort out these issues? ### 2/5 — OK...if it’s kept up to date *2018-11-19, version 1.5.0* When I first registered for this app I thought it was the best as I could tailor my diet intake and keep a watchful eye on my EGFR. Now however it has not been maintained being two months since my last blood test and no results posted, despite requests online. No point in keeping this app if they are not prepared to do their bit. ### 1/5 — Annoying password resets *2018-08-22, version 1.5.0* I have had to request several password requests from the Unit enough though the passwords have been correct. But this app asks for my secret word to log in and I don’t have one. Help please! Where do I get a secret word??? ### 2/5 — Secure word. *2018-04-16, version 1.4.0* Can’t login using secure word via app but works ok online version. Very secure however new security of adding a memorable word is set in stone meaning if you forget your saved word there is no reset key or link to receive a reminder. 3 Star only because of this otherwise would have been 5 stars. ### 3/5 — Password fail *2018-03-27, version 1.3.1* I keep putting in the letter of my password that are correct but it often won’t log me in! Got into my information which was great however I’ve tried loads of times and it keeps saying error in user name or password. I’ve used the same user name for many years so I know it’s right and I made a note of my password but that keeps being rejected as well. So frustrating ! ### 1/5 — Pdf *2019-05-28, version 1.7.1* After the recent update, I’m not able to view the reports neither from the phone nor the iPad! ### 1/5 — Latest ‘upgrade’ isn’t *2019-03-26, version 1.6.0* I used to love this app, it gave me access to my test results and worked great on an iPhone XR, using face recognition. Then it was upgraded, allegedly to add face recognition, which it already had, and what it actually did was to break the app completely so that it no longer works just gets stuck in a loop and also now doesn’t tell you when new results are available to view - back to the website, which is still working but whatever you do don’t upgrade as the new version is rubbish. ### 1/5 — usless *2018-09-20, version 1.5.0* the app appears to run from the apple store on my iPhone 6+, but downloads to my old iPad. What is going on with this app? I do not know any iPhone app that only runs on the Apple store but does not download to the iPhone. ## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated) ### 5/5 — Exactly what I needed! *2019-03-20, version 1.5.0* As a kidney patient, I need to be very careful about what I eat. As the old saying goes, “you are what you eat”, and my monthly blood tests help me keep a check on how my body is responding to what I consume. This app gives you a clear view on your blood test results and how they are changing, test by test. It’s easy, simple, direct to patient information. Great. ### 5/5 — Responsive team *2018-10-25, version 1.5.0* Really useful app and despite a few small issues initially, they were fixed for me really quickly. ### 4/5 — Love the app but Touch ID not working since update *2020-02-18, version 1.7.1* App is brilliant - life changing! But some issues with security - Touch ID not working since last update and now have to constantly log out and in again! Great app though. ### 4/5 — Very useful - But... *2020-02-02, version 1.7.1* The only quibble I have is that one cannot get the App to ‘share’ with the Apple Watch. I have to keep referring to the iPhone ‘Health’ App if I wish to view my metrics. And yet it has a ‘share’ with the BP section of the Health App! Please finish the job and link ALL health data available on both devices (phone AND watch) ### 3/5 — It would be 5 if it didn’t go down all the time *2022-09-14, version 1.9.1* I’ve had this app for about 2 years now and it’s a brilliant help to keep me right with my potassium levels and haemoglobin levels as I’m on hemodialysis. BUT. It works fine then suddenly no reports from bloods taken on dialysis. Trying to get an answer from the app admin is making me pull my hair out. I keep messaging them but they never reply. Tried deleting the app and downloading again. Still an issue, and I’m on the latest 1.9.1 version. ### 3/5 — Does not rotate to Landscape *2019-05-29, version 1.7.1* Just downloaded this app on my IPad. Useful as contains the test results for quick reference. However does not rotate to landscape so difficult to type into. Also I tried to save some info in the notes section but does not save. ### 3/5 — Login issues *2019-04-03, version 1.7.1* Great service to have. Really appreciate it. Only reason I left three stars is after the last couple of updates it takes many attempts to login, either by the password not being recognised or my Touch ID. If that all gets resolved it’ll be a solid five star. ### 3/5 — Nice but.. *2019-03-21, version 1.6.0* It NEEDS Apple HealthKit integration. One place to store all my medical data. I hate having to log into multiple apps for it.. this info needs to be centralised! ### 3/5 — Security issues *2018-08-08, version 1.5.0* Great app, very useful. BUT. Why is it that the app periodically will not recognise my memorable word? Asks for a select 3 letters from the word, but then denies access. Try again with three other letters in the word, still denied. The website recognises it and allows access. The app does not. Then a week later the app works again. Then doesn’t. Something not quite right that needs checking I think. But otherwise brilliant. If I was able to rely on being able to access it, would be 5*. Future update suggestion, allow fingerprint access?
