Gibt es einen Lösungsvorschlag vom Support? ### 1/5 — Zuerst super, aber seit ein paar Wichen Schrott *2026-03-30, version 0.281* Die Idee hinter dieser App ist super, zumindest, als sie noch funktionierte. Seit längerer Zeit ist die Praxis über die App nicht mehr erreichbar. Laut IT meines Arztes, sollte jetzt alles wieder funktionieren, tut es aber bei den meisten Patienten even nicht. Wenn sich die App nicht mehr verbindet ist sie schrott. Ich werde sie wieder löschen und gut ist. Im übrigen funktioniert sie bei uns weder unter Android noch unter IOS. ### 2/5 — Zugang nur mit einem Gerät - Keine Mitteilungen… *2026-03-02, version 0.281* Zuerst war ich begeistert über diese App, was sie aber schnell verflüchtigte, als ich mein iPad registrierte und damit den Zugang mit meinem iPhone verlor. Wenn die App schon für beide Plattformen existiert, warum kann ich dann nicht mit mehreren Geräten auf meine Akte zugreifen? Es ist nicht mehr zeitgemäß, den Zugang auf ein Gerät zu beschränken. Auch fände ich eine Desktop-App sehr schön, weil ich nun mal viel lieber auf einer Tastatur tippe, als auf einem Bildschirm. Auch wäre der Dateiaustausch von Desktop zur Praxis einfacher, weil ich nicht alle Scans erst vom Mac auf das iPhone/iPad übertragen müsste Und wie von Anderen schon erwähnt, funktionieren die Mitteilungen überhaupt nicht, weder auf dem iPhone, noch auf dem iPad. Das geht natürlich überhaupt nicht, weil damit die integrierte Chatfunktion fast schon unsinnig wird, wenn ich gar nicht mitbekomme, dass ich eine Antwort erhalten habe. Das senden von Dateien (pdf) funktionierte bei mir einwandfrei, aber ich weiß nicht, ob die Dateien angekommen sind. ### 1/5 — Der letzte Dreck *2026-02-03, version 0.276* Unsagbar schlecht. QR cide scannen. Pustekuchen! Weisses Fenster sonst nichts. ### 2/5 — Darstellungen unbrauchbar *2026-01-25, version 0.276* Hallo, ich wurde von der Praxis aufgefordert, diese App zu nutzen. Die Darstellung der Laborwerte ist einfach unter aller Kanone! Wie kommt man auf die Idee, die Werte als Fließtext darzustellen? Das kann nur jemand gewesen sein, der keine Ahnung hat, was er da tut! Auch fehlen die Regelwerte. Da wäre es einfacher, wenn die Werte als pdf hinterlegt werden, da die Labore dies in der Regel übersichtlicher darstellen. Außerdem sind diese Daten nur über ein Smartphone einsehbar und nicht über einen echten Rechner.
