`20260828flutter_rollback`, previously versioned `2.6.5+1`). The native
`3.5.2` build published from `main` is superseded by this Flutter build.
- Set the version to `3.6.0` rather than `2.6.5`: App Store Connect only accepts
a version string higher than the published `3.5.2`, so the store version must
move forward even though the application code is a rollback.
- Set the build number to `1069000` so the Play `versionCode` exceeds the live
`1068001`. The CI build-number formula
(`.github/workflows/store-release.yml`) derives from the GitHub run number and
would otherwise produce a value Google Play rejects as non-incrementing.
- GC form 6 (photos) now marks as finished after a surrogate uploads photos and
saves. The progress counter probed the photo upload field's typed validator
with an untyped empty list, which threw and dropped the upload field from the
required count, so the form was never counted as complete.
Applies equally to IP form 4 and ED form 7.
