How about GateHouse Media? *2020-11-23, version 2.9.37* Are you working on the issue to help those on iPads? ### 1/5 — App stopped working *2020-11-21, version 2.9.37* I cannot Access the paper with this app. It stopped working two weeks ago. I called customer service and found my login still works but through the website. The only suggestion was to cancel the app and reload it. Didn’t work. Same error message when I tried to login. I’m a longtime customer but I’m thinking of cancelling. I like the format the app has. I’ll give it a week to see if something changes. ### 1/5 — Error Message Prevents Log In *2020-11-20, version 2.9.37* I can no longer access the Patriot Ledger e-edition. I am asked to log in, but get an error message when I attempt to do so. Customer Service is very sorry but offer no solutions other than using the web version of the paper. The web version does not have the same format as the e-paper and is more difficult to browse. Very disappointing. ### 1/5 — Unreliable *2020-11-18, version 2.9.37* I’ve been unable to access the Patriot Ledger E Edition for over a week now on my iPad. This happens with regularity about twice a year. It’s forcing me to sign in but goes directly to an error page. Lengthy calls to customer service are no help. All they’re capable of doing is to submit a problem report to the tech team. The only things I use this rag for are obituaries and local real estate transactions.
