It can even cancel the date that already past. When I do the final step, the app bumped me out and I cannot add a vehicle. Making the living life so complex and make my day worth.

WHATS THE POINT OF HAVING TO CONSTANTLY TRY TO TYPE IN YOUR LICENSE PLATE??? WHY CANT THIS APP JUST HAVE A CHOICE OF WHAT VEHICLE YOU HAVE ALREADY SAFE LISTED BEFORE AND SAFE-LIST IT AGAIN.

This the worst user interface ever designed. It is incredibly clunky to navigate and create passes. 
Please move this app to the trash bin and start from scratch.

I safelisted a car and got a confirmation. There was a ticket the next day. I tried to safelist again and the app keeps crashing every time. 

I’ve been on hold for 20 minutes trying to get through to them to safelist over the phone. This is an all around garbage company.

It doesn’t recognize my city. It worked twice for me then stopped. If this app could work out the kinks it would be pretty cool. Definitely needs major bug fixes!!!

Last week I used the app to safelist my car. I received a confirmation number, but it never went through. I didn’t receive an immediate email confirmation and thought it was a bit delayed and fell asleep. When I woke up my I discovered that my car was towed for violating property management guidelines. The bug in this app cost me $240 to retrieve my car out of impound. I tried using it again the following night. I got the confirmation number, but no email confirmation. I used my web browser on my computer, and as I suspected my car did not show up in the safe list. This app is not trustworthy. I’m using this app on a perfectly working iPhone 8 Plus. 

Don’t use this app. Use your web browser instead or use the phone to call on the vehicle you want on the safe list.

App is very crash. I can’t register my vehicle to go the guest parking spot. It’s gonna screw up!

I can’t even get past the license plate entry without the app closing. Plus you can’t sign out and then sign in again. Idk why my complex now makes us safelist through this pathetic excuse for an app. They need to fix this now!
