I love the croissants and desserts especially. The recent app update has left me at a loss as I did not receive my free birthday cake voucher this month. Apparently it’s because I didn’t use the app/purchase. What can February born people do when we didn’t even know about this rule change - it’s not really fair that you didn’t give us more time for a purchase and hence the free loyalty voucher.
