It was great then but now with my granddaughter fantastic. Absolutely brilliant. They have thought of everything for a wonderful day out. Tried and tried again. Can’t contact support other than to have a message which might get a reply in 48 hours. I could not look at que times when I needed to. There was free wi-Fi you could connect to which didn’t work properly either. Apparently the park is surrounded by forest. The app is pointless if it doesn’t work while at the park. ### 2/5 — Disappointing performance *2021-08-20, version 7.4* I have visited on a few occassions now and as soon as you get to the park 4g struggles and then the app wont load. You then turn to onsite wifi and this cant cope with capacity.
